JEMS General Fund

Donations to our general fund directly cover the necessary overhead costs that are required to do Gospel ministry in the US and Japan with excellence, love, and integrity.

Just as most people are unaware of the costs that business owners must incur for them to function as a business in the U.S., many donors are also unaware of the necessary overhead costs for a church or missionary agency like JEMS to do everyday ministry and missions work.

The following are only some of our ministry overhead costs:

Ongoing development and care of our missionaries and ministers to ensure longevity and effectiveness in the mission field,  group liability and medical insurance coverages for missionaries and staff, maintenance and operation costs of our Downtown LA JEMS office building, salaries for our U.S. missionary home office support staff, continued outreach and training of new and potential missionaries and campus ministeres, costs to ensure the financial soundness and efficiency of our accounting practices and procedures, and much more!

In short, your donation to the JEMS general fund undergirds the Gospel work being done through all of the JEMS ministries, campus ministers, and Japan missionaries. Thank you so much for believing in what God is doing in and through JEMS!
