2012 Mount Hermon Forms (Published 1/27/12)
The 2012 Mount Hermon Registration Cards are available below.  Registration officially opened on February 1, 2012.  
Please do not submit outdated forms. Deadline May 1, 2012.   The camps with a # sign are currently full and have 'wait lists.'

2012 Mount Hermon Youth Camp Confirmations (Published 3/13/12)
The youth camp 'confirmations and wait lists' will be emailed in batches by the end of the day, Tues. 3/13/12.
The Youth Camp Coordinator (Cynthia Tsushima) was able to create more space at the youth camps to
accommodate more campers this year!  We thank you for your patience.

Those who have received their confirmations may order their camp t-shirts and/or hoodies.  See the
section below.

JEMS Mount Hermon T-Shirts and Hoodies
After you receive a confirmation that your registration has been accepted, you may order your t-shirt and/or hoodie.
The shirts and/or hoodies will be at your camp for pickup.   This year, there are THREE designs available, the
all camp t-shirt and/or hoodie and the specially designed youth camp t-shirt.  You may order any of the 3 or all!

Payment of Camp Registration and Camp Photo
Please submit one check per camp (main camp, jr. high, inter high, senior high, college, special camp) together with the $10 photo cost
            and a separate check for the bus
EXAMPLE: A couple with 3 children registered for various camps. The younger child registered for the main camp and their 2 older children registered for the
Jr. High and Inter High.  They would submit 6 separate checks.
            Checks #1 #2 - Main Camp fees (2 adults, 1 child), together with the $10 photo cost (#1) and a separate check for the bus (#2)
            Checks #3 #4 - Jr. High Camp fee (1 youth) and the $10 photo cost (#3) and a separate check for the  bus (#4)
            Checks #5 #6 - Inter High Camp fee (1 youth) together with the $10 photo cost (#5) and a separate check for the  bus (#6)
Reminder: After camp confirmation is received, the t-shirt and hoodies may be ordered and paid for directly on-line (The link to order will be posted soon)

                                           Have you ever considered serving at JEMS Special Camp? Please prayerfully consider whether
                                           the Lord might be calling you to serve this year. Male aides are especially needed. No prior
                                           experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Applications will
                                           be accepted starting in early February 2012, at jemsspecialcamp.org

MOUNT HERMON SCHOLARSHIPS
Please submit the below "scholarship application" together with your camp and bus registration forms and
your check(s) for 50% of either the 'standard' or 'economy' housing cost, plus the full cost of the bus and photo.  
All of the housing in the youth camps are 'economy' housing. Should you not receive a scholarship, you will be
informed of the balance due.
